Not only the ski and mountain universe is my passion, but also art. As a studied architect, one of the things I decided to do after my studies was to work in the field of art. DAS WEISSE RAUSCHEN

The starting point for the project DAS WEISSE RAUSCHEN are snapshots of a wide variety of feature films, paintings, photographs of mountain scenes and depictions of snow sports, mainly from the 1920s and 1930s, which were created in the Alps. In total, more than 100 works of art were created, mostly painted and drawn in the form of illustrations. Transferring our history symbolically into the present in order to change, question and reposition it is an essential feature of this project.
